Mitsubishi Outlander: Driver’s and passenger’s front air bag system

The driver’s air bag is located under the padded cover in the middle of the steering
wheel. The front passenger air bag is contained in the instrument panel above the
glove box.
The driver air bag and the front passenger air bag are designed to inflate at
the same time even if the passenger seat is not occupied.

Clean the inside of the sunroof with a soft cloth.
Hard deposits should be wiped away with a cloth dipped in warm, neutral detergent
solution. Wipe away the solution with a sponge dipped in fresh water.

When the ignition switch is set to the “ON” position, operate the Twin Clutch
SST control mode switch (A) to change the control mode.
When the engine is started, the control mode is automatically set to the “NORMAL”
mode. Use the following procedures to change the control mode.
