Mitsubishi Outlander: Anti-lock brake system (ABS)
The anti-lock brake system (ABS) helps prevent the wheels from locking during
braking. This helps maintain vehicle drivability and steering wheel handling.

Warning lamp
If there is a malfunction in the system, the ABS warning lamp will come on and
the warning display will appear on the information screen in the multi-information
display.

For short waiting periods, such as at traffic lights, the vehicle can be left
in gear and held stationary with the service brake.

any position other than “ON” or “ACC”, it goes off automatically after approximately
