Mitsubishi Outlander: Towing
Your vehicle may be towed either by another vehicle with a rope, or by a tow
truck.
The regulations concerning towing may differ from country to country. It is recommended
that you obey the regulations of the country where you are driving your vehicle.
CAUTION
(1) In the following cases, please contact the MITSUBISHI dealer.
The
engine runs but the vehicle does not move.
Or abnormal noise is produced. No automatic
transmission fluid is in the transmission. (2) If the transmission is malfunctioning
or damaged, transport the vehicle using a tow truck. (Refer to the paragraph “Towing
the vehicle by a tow truck”.)

downhill) position, for vehicles with a manual transmission or set the selector

Environmental conditions can have an effect on braking. During sudden braking
when there is snow, ice, oil, water etc. on the road surface, a skid may occur.
In this situation, steering control and braking effectiveness is reduced and the
stopping distance is increased. The vehicle may also go
