Mitsubishi Outlander: Parking with the engine running

Never leave the engine running while you take a short sleep/rest, or you open or close a gate or garage door, etc. Also, never leave the engine running in a closed or poorly ventilated place.

► Leaving the engine running risks injury or death from accidentally moving Warning

► Leaving the engine running risks injury or death from accidentally moving the gearshift lever (with a M/T or Twin Clutch SST) or the selector lever (with a CVT) or the accumulation of toxic exhaust fumes in the passenger compartment.
